Drag Queen Story Time In-Person
Celebrate diversity and inclusion with the Library!
Featuring local Oshawa drag queen, Violet S Parks, who will join us for a fun and informative afternoon. We will share in conversation about what Drag Queen Story Time is, how it has become a staple event in public libraries, and why Drag Queen Story Time is important.
Violet will then share some select readings with us as we enjoy popcorn.
This is sure to be a fun event for everyone. This is a joint campus event, and Ontario Tech and Durham College students are encouraged to register.
Violet S Parks is one of Durham Region’s most popular queens! She has been performing for over a decade, and her passion for performing and entertaining has swept Ontario stages by storm.
