3D Printing Workshop: Design a Small Planter In-Person
Location: Library Instructional Lab/Classroom, LIB 132
Registration is not required, but you can register below to receive reminders.
Get creative and design a small planter that is functional and looks great. With the launch of the Library’s yearly seed exchange this month, you can even get started on planting.
You will:
- Consider your design requirements (such as size and drainage) and learn about PLA as a material
- Explore the use of different shapes
- Create your design using Tinkercad (a free design tool)
Optional: To get ready for the workshop, you can sign up for a Tinkercad personal account and try some of their quick 3D Design tutorials.
