Students can book this room for up to 120 minutes per day for a maximum of 6 bookings per week.

Students must cancel their booking in advance of the start of their allotted slot, otherwise they will be considered a no-show and will lose one of their six weekly bookings.

The Group Study Room is intended for use by one or two students. The maximum capacity is two persons.
